Vijaya Kumar K A, has a proven experience in developing huge projects and has been the backbone for foraying into the business. He is aged about 56 years and hails from a reputed family. Academically; Mr. Vijay Kumar is a Civil Engineer and has done Masters in Engineering Management. He has successfully completed an Executive course “Associate Program for Marketing Professionals” from Indian Institute Of Management, Calcutta. He has 32 years of experience in Civil Engineering and Marketing of Civil Engineering related products, with special emphasis on marketing of High Value Apartments, Villas, Row Houses and developments on Prime Properties. Till date he has sold more than 40 lakh sft of residential and commercial spaces. Mr. Vijaya kumar has worked in leading Real estate companies in senior management levels. He has set standards in quality construction, customer satisfaction, and cost affordability. With his vast and varied experience, he undertakes the projects with a sole aim converting every venture into a landmark of excellence.
